Non-Negative Pressure Variable Frequency Water Supply System
Product Overview
The Non-Negative Pressure Variable Frequency Water Supply System is the latest generation of fully automatic pressurised pipeline water supply equipment. It consists of a vertical multistage pump set, a variable frequency control cabinet, pipeline valves and fittings, a pressure tank, and a non-negative pressure flow stabilisation vessel. Based on fluctuations in outlet pressure, the control system automatically starts and stops the equipment and applies variable frequency control to maintain a stable and constant water supply pressure. The system connects directly to the municipal water supply network and is primarily designed to eliminate the impact of insufficient municipal supply, ensuring a safe, stable, and reliable tap water supply.
Product Features
Energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The system connects directly to the municipal water supply network, making full use of existing pipeline pressure to reduce the required system power configuration. Closed-loop control precisely regulates pump operation in real time according to actual water demand, achieving accurate energy savings.
Stable output pressure. The water supply equipment uses variable frequency components to form an automatic closed-loop control system. Pressure regulation and recovery accuracy is achieved within 0.5 seconds, preventing sudden pressure fluctuations during water use.
Comprehensive supply protection with high redundancy. In the event of a sudden failure in the operating pump set, the system intelligently activates the standby pump to maintain continuous water supply. The high fault tolerance ensures uninterrupted service at all times.
Flexible customisation. The system can be tailored to the user's specific flow rate, head requirements, and budget, with customisable pump sets, pipework, and variable frequency control equipment to meet diverse application needs.
Built-in negative pressure elimination and water shortage protection, safeguarding both the municipal network and the end user's supply at all times.
